Purolator Canada review by WPP

Got a big shipment today first time receiving from them and missing one item out of 9 :/ hoping they can find my missing package and bring it back.

I am extremely upset. This was a Christmas gift for my 97 year old mother. Where is it?

The worse company in Canada. Hopeless.

We’ll you guys missed this Christmas. Maybe I’ll get my parcel by next Christmas 2025. How do you guys stay in business?

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
