Expected parcel has been sitting in Montreal now for 5 days. Notice says it could be another 7 days before it leaves the Depot due to prioritized shipping of Covid19 Medication. Can understand this to a degree, however I am waiting for a parcel up here in the Yukon Territory that is of importance to me. Get another truck on the road or pass parcel on to another carrier. Don't take more on than you can handle. A further 7 day delay for me would mean at least 3 weeks more before I get the parcel. Can't see where we are in war-time priorities to the extent that customers are ignored.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
