A visible company that does not rate in the same league with DHL, Loomis, FEDEX, or UPS. Purolator does not seem to want to deliver anywhere near on time and can't even keep to their own scheduled delivery time frame ...This has been the case in my experience with them, my being on the receiving end. Not sure if the Toronto Sorting Centre is the problem area, but it may be one of them at least. Ultimately, I see that it must be personnel, but Administration bears final responsibility. That is how my experience sees it anyway! Shareholders in the Company should take notice.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
