Purolator customer service is impossible to deal with. There was an error on my mailing address that was made by the shipper. I was required to send correct address on the website which I tried to amend for days and it came back with an error message that they could not find my address. I tried their online chat which was useless, it keep sending me back to the same error message. Finally got on the chatline with someone that actually tried to help me after 3 days, the promised me that they will amend the address yesterday online. I checked online today and that same error message is still there. If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would use that, but 1 star is the lowest available. Any company that is thinking of using Purolator for shipping should look elsewhere. I have been waiting for my package since before Christmas. I placed my order on line Dec 10, 2020 . Still waiting for my package to arrive. NOT PLEASED, very unprofessional, web assistant is useless.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
