We have been having parcels delivered here for the past four years with no problems. As of January this year the driver has first dropped a parcel at a business in town which we don't go to. Didn't know where it was until a neighbor told us we had a parcel there. No Call No nothing from Purolator. Then drive wouldn't walk down our driveway to drop off the parcel at door. No signature is required they just needed to put it on doorstep. Then driver told us that we shouldn't have parcels sent here because they couldn't turn around there truck. Told by customer service that they won't get out of truck to walk 20 ft. Totally terrible service by this driver. Very disappointed asked for parcel to be resent they never put it back in cycle.

Got a big shipment today first time receiving from them and missing one item out of 9 :/ hoping they can find my missing package and bring it back.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
