Purolator is consistently infuriating. 3 out of 4 deliveries have not arrived for a variety of excuses. When that happens they insist that I make the drive to pick up the parcel instead of making redelivery easy. It has NEVER been offered, I have always had to insist. For example, they refused to deliver on a poor weather day, because the had no snow tires! Then redelivery was made very complicated, they were determined that I should take the 40 drive to the depot! The redelivery operator insisted on only one tracking number at a time even though it was a two parcel delivery, then before the second parcel number the software kicked me out to a live operator who had to start the whole thing over.Finally there is the ‘rob me, I am not home’ notice they paste on the door. Really this is what a mailbox is for. All the other delivery services make it regularly and apparently have snow tires on their vehicles.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
