Absolutely ridiculous i will not advise purolator services to anyone! My shipment with express next business day delivery is going on 5 days now can't track it! It says (exceptional) NO Purolator a 5 day late shipment is not exceptional... I escalated to supervisors then to the highest escalation as "priority" number 1 was promised we are very sorry it will be tomorrow but tomorrow never comes! Now I have staff from Purolator asking me what the contents of my shipment are completely bombarding my privacy like wtf! That's not ok you have a shipping label that says the weight of the package it's address everything look for your dam shipping label! I can see a lawsuit coming here very quickly!

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
