The Purolator service in my community, Fort Frances Ontario Canada is absolutely deplorable. I cringe whenever I have an online order being delivered via Purolator because I know its gonna be a nightmare. Most times they will say " attempted delivery" when they legit havent even made an attempt to do so. They have to buzz to get into my building and this shows up as a phone call ID and there never are any. The depot that they use here ( a taxi stand) only has pick up hours between 10 am -3pm and they close at 6. If you try any other time during the day, they are out on ride calls and closed. Its almost impossible to be able to pick up packages there unless you dont work. If I could specify how I want my packages shipped , I would NEVER choose Purlator.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
