1 star is too much. I had to re-schedule the pick up my Covid test 3 times because the driver was not smart enough to find my house inside the condo . Today she came and told me she told she was turning to the the left . My house is on the right. See notes on my file or records.The covid test stayed at my door for 2 times, total time 12hs, The reccomendation is keeping it inside the fridge. Finally today she turned to the righ side and pick up the envelope. I hope the sample I gave wiil be good enough enough for the test. My quarentine is supposed to end tomorrow but I the lab already told this won't happen, which means I'll have to wait up to 72hs to have the results....

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
