Purolator Canada review by Marty Lybbert
Purolator is the most frustrating company to deal with. Amazon usually uses them to "deliver" to our address which they don't do (unlike other courier companies). They take it so there outlet in Lamont, or Tofield, or Edmonton, or Leduc and then sometimes they call when it has arrived. Every time it has the same delivery address. What the heck??? ZERO STARS ALL THE WAY FOR PUROLATOR!!!! (But it wouldn't let me submit the review unless I gave them at least one.)

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
