Third time I use Purolator in the last two years because I had to chose this carrier. This is the third time I do not receive the packages. Very displeased with Purolator. I can never get a correct answer as where are my packages not why were the not delivered. I am left to suspect carriers abscond with my packages. Horrible thing to think but Purolator never has answers.

Got a big shipment today first time receiving from them and missing one item out of 9 :/ hoping they can find my missing package and bring it back.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
