I have had parcels delivered from west coast and from eastern Canada. Thus far the parcels have arrived before or on the date expected. I would suggest to make sure parcels are secured for their travel as sorting is probably a tad rough along the way. Shippers ensure the items to be packaged accordingly. Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
