I am disappointed in service provided. I was home all day and was told delivery was attempted at a certain time and a notice put on door. No one ever came to door or left a message. Then I called the 1 800 number and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes was told that they would put in a request. I asked when delivery would be made and then put on hold for another 10 minutes. Then the lady came back on and I asked what she found out. She disconnected me and didn’t bother to call back if it was accidental. I had confirmed my phone number at start of call. Poor customer service

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
