They have delivered to my place for years. This is the second time they can’t find my place so of course I haven’t received my package. I called them first thing in the morning giving the easiest and most thorough directions and still no package. The person I spoke with said is get it yesterday. In the late afternoon I called and they said I wouldn’t get my package yesterday and who knows when I will get it. The last time they did this some idiot left my package on the street and of course it vanished so either the employee stole it or someone else did. They took NO responsibility for anything. Now the same thing is happening and so I asked if I could pick it up no response but I was told it wasn’t lost. I have three more packages that should arrive next week and I’m ready to cancel the order because I can’t afford to give hundreds of dollars away. Worst company ever. Ugh. I just want the stuff I ordered in a nice neat unbroken unopened package shouldn’t be too difficult it’s delivering packages not rocket science

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
