You have lost my return package to Amazon returned by me to a Purolator Agent on May 13 th. In the tracking record it was last delivered to an “Alternate Address “Toronto East on May16 th. Then everything stopped there. Cannot contact anyone under “ contact us”. Amazon has not received the pkg. I checked. What do I do? Bad service to say the least and I am out $20.I rate you a “0” stars even though I put 1 star. I could not rate you zero stars in order to send this review.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
