Negative review. So stressful. I suppose to start new job on Aug 9. Week befor i should get my Laptop and computer from the company I am working now for training. I got computer but no Laptop. I kep calling they says in the way, i couldn’t find the address. Same address same courier service sent computer but the can’t find address to deliver laptop… so crazy. I am having hard time. My training has started but i cant attend without access to laptop. I went all the way to purolator office where my laptop is, guess what they says they dont have it. Online tracking is not even right. I am so upset and crying. Wost service ever. No help from cutomer service after spending lots of time. What kind of people they hire…. OMG! It’s been 2 weeks my company sent this laptop and courier is not able to deliver. Local mail we get in 5-7 days, whats the point to send courier and pay charger. I have negative reviews for Purolator. Worst service ever

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
