No communication , drivers do not follow instructions poor service 7x waiting on the phone still have not received my parcels .. there is got to be a better solution for people who work from home Amazon takes a pic n leaves outside door . Puraltor failed 2x and I've been on the phone with them 7x waiting for someone to pick up the phone and my parcel is still not delivered as I need to sign for it.. what? How can someone answer the phone the new norm alot if us us work from home!

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
