VERY POOR SERVICE. i used your virtual assistant to get my delivery on a specific date that did not work then i talked to 2 different persons to get my package on a day i was home they were both suppose to send me an email wich i never received, i know that both told me that their system was slow one told me she could see my request with the virtual assistant. Don't get me wrong these persons were very polite and professional. In a time when we are trying to save our planet i think your delivery system should be more efficient not to mention the time lost by your delivery person. Also in this case the shipper is to blame because at first i was told it was shipped through fedex, that explains why i could not reach you earlier

Got a big shipment today first time receiving from them and missing one item out of 9 :/ hoping they can find my missing package and bring it back.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
