The Purolator tracking app is garbage! No update on where my Amazon parcel is for the last 28 hours! And of course Purolator customer service doesn't open till 7am Friday which is a bummer! Customer Service should be 24/7 but not Purolator as they a garbage courier company! Tried calling their Customer Service yesterday and was on hold for over 30 minutes! I used to think Purolator wasn't too bad but that opinion has gone out the window! They are NOW A BOTTOM FEEDER COURIER COMPANY! Problem is I have no say in the matter as Amazon Canada chooses what courier company will deliver my package. My rating would be -10 if I could give them a NEGATIVE RATING!!!

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
