Purolator is complete bs.. I ordered through Amazon. Same address I used last month to order.. purolator stated they’d deliver LAST Friday. Never showed up. Despite being home all day. Weekend goes by it says they’ll deliver Monday by 8pm.. no one comes by. Tuesday; same crap. I reach out to them. They claim it’s cause I apparently didn’t put a direction for the address.. (there is no sw in Edmonton Alberta besides the far far south) and anyone with a brain knows that postal codes show you where you gotta go.. there also isn’t another with my address on the same ave and street nearby.. they claim address was corrected. My husband and I both corrected the address… it’s now a week later.. STILL NO DELIVERY.. pretty sad if you ask me. Considering these are DIAPERS needed for my baby and they’re claiming they can’t deliver.. bs. Complete and total bs. Send my money back and I’ll just go elsewhere since y’all don’t want to deliver and would rather be lazy.

I am extremely upset. This was a Christmas gift for my 97 year old mother. Where is it?

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
