This is ridiculous....quoted 09/23, to recv my package, later 10/5th, than 10/3rd, and again 09/23rd...that was yesterday. Their site here, now says awaiting package, as of 09/18....another Purolater site says "shipped" on the 18th...yet no update. And they're other website hasn't updated SINCE the 18th....way to go Purolater. Took a day off work so you didn't leave 7K in laptops on my step...why wouldn't you...you left over 200 bucks in computer mice 3 days ago and drove off.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
