Sept 28th: Parcel ordered over a month ago and supposed to be delivered the 10th of September. Day before it was supposed to be here got a message that it wouldn't be till the 27th... it's the 28th and still no parcel AND won't answer my calls. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! EVER!

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
