If I could give zero stars I would Purolator STINKS as a courier. You can’t speak to a person just machines that don’t understand my simple questions like where is my package? Call customer service and the line is just dead, after the 4th. attempt another machine that is programmed to get rid of you. The tracking information is 5 days old too. I don’t know why Amazon uses them they will sell less if they continue to use Purolator.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
