Been waited for my parcel 2weeks because of some reasons of delay. I had requested for a redeliver at my address and the worst thing about it is they don’t say an estimation of day or time to deliver it so you gotta wait the whole day for your parcel to be delivered because they need you signature! I’VE WAITED FOR TWO DAYS AND NOTHING CAME! Now I have to wait for another 3 days to just pick it up??♀️

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
