I have to agree with the other comments. I waited two weeks for a package to arrive. It was supposed to be one week max. Tracking was not always up to date and when it finally was ti be delivered to my son’s house, they sent it back ti the depot because no one was home. Of course who knew when it was supposed to be delivered. I guess you’re supposed to get a chair and wait by the front door. When I went to retrieve my package (my canister vacuum cleaner), I asked the girl to open the carton to make sure it was what I ordered. Then I asked if I could leave the shipping carton with them so I could fit the box in my vehicle. The other girl working there replied “we don’t take garbage”. Even though there were cartons piled all over the floor. Then I had to literally drag the carton out the door, down the steps and out to my vehicle. Then I had to get the inner box out, put it in the trunk and break down the shipping carton and try to fit it in to haul it away. I almost left it for them on the steps. Worst customer service ever.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
