Awful service! A tv was delivered here Wednesday, my buzzer wasn’t working but I saw driver on my security channel, I ran downstairs and he had taken off within a few minutes. I called and it was supposed to be delivered the next day then I got an email saying it was dropped off at a store and I was to pick it up. Well I’m a 72 year old who can’t do this. I called again and a driver was to pick it up yesterday and deliver to me today. Well guess what a driver did not pick it up yesterday and it’s still at the location I am to pick it up at! Awful service!! Every time I call I’m on hold for 15 minutes. I called 5 different times. I really need a manager to call me!

Got a big shipment today first time receiving from them and missing one item out of 9 :/ hoping they can find my missing package and bring it back.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
