Usually good service but never delivered to store during Open hours and even though they have been giving many instructions as to where to deliver the larger packages if the don't fit in the after hours box they don't deliver anything or half the orders. Being a multi-million dollar company and having to shut down a larger piece of machinery because we are waiting for them to deliver the parts we are expecting is very very frustrating. We have not been impressed with Customer Service people either because they either blow you off or don't return your calls when they say they will call back after finding out why we haven't been delivered too.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
