Purolator Canada review by

So, on November 29th I was at home all day, waiting for my package. Imagine my surprise, when I went to check the mail, and I found a sticker on my window ( should not have done that. Mailbox would have sufficed) It stated that my package was "undeliverable". OK, so I call and was assured that it would be delivered the next day. The next day came, and no parcel, so I called again, and was told it takes 1 - 3 days for a "re delivery". OK, so, I wait the 1 - 3 days, and here it is, SEVEN DAYS later,,,,, and NO PACKAGE. I also was told to leave a big note stating .....Please Ring Bell, or Knock Hard. No need for that, as I have a dog with a LOUD BARK if someone comes in the yard. I also was told to leave a big note stating personal information ( name, address, e-mail and phone number) , addressed to PUROLATOR DRIVER. It might be better to address it to the PORCH PRIATES we have in our neighborhood. No one from Purolator assisted me with my concern, just told me it is "on the way". The history shows that my package was ready for pickup at their facility, EVERY DAY. Why would one order online, with Free Delivery, only to be told to go out to an industrial area to pick up your package? I also was given the option to get my next parcel sent between 5 - 7 days for the low low cost of $25.00, with no guarantee that it will arrive during that time. Note to self: When ordering online, check to see who the carrier is. If it is Purolator, ask if there is an alternate delivery company.

I am extremely upset. This was a Christmas gift for my 97 year old mother. Where is it?

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
