Sad that it takes 40 mins on hold to talk to someone about delivery that was supposed to happen and didn't but Amazon system states, Purolator tried to deliver the package. The lady I spoke to said they had the wrong address!!? But that was not the case. I then talk to the closest Purolator pick up point and she informed me that the driver will never bring the package to my residence even though this is something that I paid for. She stated the driver is lazy and does as little as possible. Looks like Purolator needs an overhaul with their employees. Long and the short of it is I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. Purolator and Amazon will lose me as a customer If things don't change as I don't have the means to travel to pick up the parcels from the nearest town, if I have to do that I will no longer order online and will purchase locally. ?this issue gets fixed!

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
