Very unhappy with this service. I’ve left instructions for delivery via Purolator call centre with unsuccessful execution. I’ve had to call 2 or 3 times just to get correct instructions relayed to delivery personnel. This has happened to me 3 times now. I recently was told I have 2 minutes to walk down 2 flights of stairs to meet delivery person at the door as they are on such a tight schedule. I’m 70 years old. I hope I can make the drivers ridged time frame and not fall down the stairs. I order items to be delivered to my home. Purolstor is the worse company for this service. There is no customer service. There is no listening to the customer. I hope you will read this complaint and address some of these issues.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
