ALL I GET IS THE RUNARHOUND FROM A "VIOICE ASSIST LADY" - IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A LIVE BODY. "SHE" TOLD ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT . I CALLED ON MONDAY MAY 22ND AND THAT RECORDING SAID "WE ARE OPEN MONDAY TO SATURDAY - WE ARE CLOSED TODAY, GOODBYE" CLOSED WHEN THEY SAY THEY SHOULD BE OPEN!!!!!!!!! LAST TIME WE WILL DEAL WITH THESE WANABE COURIERS!!!!! PUROLATER JUST LOST A TON OF BUSINESS!!!!! RATING - MINUS 10!!!!!!

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
