Ordered a parcel last June 13. Parcel was never received. Purolator claimed no one was home. I called Purolator 5x in total. Wait time to be assisted on phone takes 40-45 mins. Agents who assist are not knowlegeable on answers they provide. I don't drive. They brought my package to a location for pick up that was 30 mins away from our location if I drive. Until now, I have been trying to get my package and it's been almost a month since I ordered. Purolator agent told me that they will re-deliver on the 3rd. No package came until now. They are so difficult to reach for assistance. Will be on home for 45 mins just to speak with an agent. So inefficient. Very poor service. Not reliable.

Got a big shipment today first time receiving from them and missing one item out of 9 :/ hoping they can find my missing package and bring it back.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
