This is the most sitiest service I’ve ever seen. I’m never going to use this company again. I was supposed to receive my parcel on NOV.24.2023. The gave me misscall and left voicemail claiming they’re missing unit number, I called them, they fixed and told I should be able to receive it on 29. I kept tracking the whole day and at the end of the day it says “your parcel is returned to the facility” when I called them they said they don’t know the reason why the driver return it back but I should be able to get the next day which is today. Now I’m tracking and it says my parcel is still at the facility. I’m never going you use this company again. I would advise anyone not to take a risk and use this company because they’re not trustable and they’re full of lies. Thank you .

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
