After paying for a service and not receiving said service (package delivery) that was promised to be delivered Friday. Purolator tells me they will not refund any portion of the fee charged. Nor will they give a credit . Only an apology. I should have had the package put into the regular mail service & it would have got here the same day as Purolator will deliver, minus the $30 courier bill. Unacceptable. Very poor service. Don’t make a promise that you can not deliver on. Bad business practice as far as I’m concerned.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
