Purolator Canada review by Robert Clark
I have always found Purolator to be good at what they do... deliver packages. In my opinion they seem to take care with the items entrusted to them and the drivers I have encountered have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I do agree that there is more of a lag in the updating of information but there has also been an unrealistic set of expectations from some users. It is also sad that some folks seem to never appreciate ANYTHING and complain about EVERYTHING.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
