Trying to get information on where my package is or when it is coming is impossible. Was supposed to be delivered on May 12/24. Tracking info hasn’t moved in over a week with zero updates. This was a gift from my kids for Mother’s Day and we have no idea if my he package is even coming at this point

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
