I am very disappointed with the currier for the Trail BC area a number of times we have ordered on line and paid for door to door delivery only to have our parcels dumped off at a pick up place in another town that we have to go get. When I know that they have made no attempt to deliver it to my house. I have expressed my displeasure with Purolator to both Amazon and Sports Check. As I understand I am not the only one this is happening to. The driver dumps all the packages off at the pick up place and then doesn’t have to do any deliveries and still gets paid. The last parcel I had to contact Sports Check because it was 6 days overdue and we had not heard any thing they checked it out and said the driver tried to deliver it and contact us but could not. This is a bunch of bull as my wife works from home and was home every day and I have security cameras that record people coming and going from our house and there was no delivery truck at all in that time. I gave it 1 star only because it would not let me pick 0 stars

Got a big shipment today first time receiving from them and missing one item out of 9 :/ hoping they can find my missing package and bring it back.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
