If I could give a negative 5 I would. Worst delivery company ever. You have to work harder then their delivery staff in order to get your parcel. They also have a system that makes zero sense. Many times, they state attempted delivery at a time I was home, or they leave a tag with the incorrect pick up location, so when you arrive it’s not even there. They also will leave incorrect dates, stating your pick up is ready when it’s not. I even have left notes giving permission to leave my package, they simply redeliver all the way back to the warehouse without leaving a delivery slip and note following my request to leave the parcel. These are just a few of my issues with them.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
