Terrible Service!! I should of had my package mailed; I would have received it days ago. Still have not received my package. I have been waiting since Monday January 13th, 2020 and it was on the vehicle at 1057 leaving Victoria on Friday January 17th, 2020. I was assured I would get it today and now I have to wait till Monday January 20th, 2020. I was told I could pick it up at the warehouse. Did I mention, I paid to have the package expedited. This is the last time I deal with Purolator.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
