Ordered a package, and was supposed to arrive today. The tracking online says they tried to contact me for delivery, but I have no emails, no calls, and no notice on my door. I then 8 hours later had to go onto the purolator website directly only to find a message saying it is to heavy and I need to schedule an appointment for delivery. There is no where for me to schedule and appointment and instead say I will be contacted to reschedule. I still have yet to hear from anyone in any format about delivery, and they have put twice that they've tried to contact me.

Got a big shipment today first time receiving from them and missing one item out of 9 :/ hoping they can find my missing package and bring it back.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
