Purolator Canada review by Cory Simpson
Never delivers to proper place, has been months. Almost a year and they cant get it right. They always have excuses why they're staff are just lazy. I have asked amazon to not allow purolator to deliver my packages as they never arrive and I have to chase them down. If you could somehow put it into your system to no longer accept contracts with my address on them that would be great.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
