The delivery guy never bothers to ring your bell at your door but leaves a un delivery notice. We even caught one delivery guy at his arrival doing this. Yesterday same thing happened again, I made a complain call and was told will have the supervisor call me back by yesterday but it didn't happen. I would rate PUROLATOR exceptional, exceptional,exceptional bad. This is my first rating forever. So you know how PUROLATOR bad is.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
