I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I recieved. So we are on social isolation. I am home. The delivery instructions clearly say call the number. So they attempt to deliver without calling. Expecting me to then go to the other side of town to pick up the parcel. (Isolation)!!! Then when I call 6 times the line goes dead. So I call Amazon.. they got ahold of purlator who came back with an excuse the driver didnt have a cell phone!.. Now I have to wait til friday for the parcel(that's sitting in a store) to be redelivered. Is this for real??? I could have walked up the street and purchased the item.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
