I called again this morning and call centre paged the delivery guy to ring the doorbell. I waited outside. I asked the gay "Wht you didn't bother to ring the doorbell yesterday? And I was waiting for the parcel." He said:" I was here and left you a notice." "My question is why you didn't bother to ring the doorbell." "Because I don't want to come to say hello." Then why PUROLATOR hired this kind of lazy person to destroy the company brand.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
