The ABSOLUTELY WORST delivery service I have ever used,5 days so far for a 2 day delivery that is only 3hrs drive away,no update on tracking for 3 days,no one answers phone when you call,no returned email, no nothing from Purolator,nada,zilch,a bunch of monkeys running a zoo,unreliable,useless,incompetent company. I can get parcels from California to Ontario in 3days from UPS andFEDEX,but these clowns can't get a parcel down a highway 3 hrs away in a week or two. Shut her down,last one out turn off the lights.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
