Purolator Canada reviews

Delay in my delivery. Sitting not far from me. Yet I don’t have it. Says out for delivery. Seriously upset as I needed this package before 5 pm. Pain to get it today. So why the high price for such slow service ??????

Using my phone to check out Purolator tracking, it's almost impossible to understand what it's telling me, where is my package

Picked up Thursday morning and still not delivered

Packages are ALWAYS super late, and it’s never updated where they are. It happens with every single package. So annoying.

This is the slowest courier in the country. Owned by Canada Post so no surprise. If private business ran like crown corporations, the entire country would be bankrupt! You can do better but will you?

Bad experience twice with this carrier. Not expected them will be with any order in the furture

What parcel takes a week to go 2000km, never again will I use Purolater, a bicycle is just as fast

Very unclear about what goes on with this company. Late delivery and never gives clear info on package.

Cant deliver to a P.O.box # that is not cool, Always takes a few days longer.

We found Purolator extremely professional and the person we spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and engaging and friendly. We were quite impressed with the online telephone portion of our dealings with Purolator. Good work

Package is already 2 days late and it’s the weekend tomorrow. Smh.

Unreliable at best, just like its parent company Canada Post!

They are always late, or lose the package, or leave it at their base in St.Laurent if you live in Montreal. It is annoying how they almost never manage to do their job right.

Purolator and Canada post are the only carriers who do not deliver anything to our address and our post office do not accept items of over 25lbs which Purolator is unable to deliver. This is a failure for Purolator and Canada Post.
