They have no control over packages and timing

I have 2 orders with purolator..but they didn’t delivers even 1 parcel yet. Very very bad service

Once again.. had to go get it myself at the depot because it was sent on the wrong truck..

Take for ever to ship, and even if they shiped the package its even damaged or missing somewhere

This company is a joke. Late deliveries and poor communication make it absolutely unreliable.

The Purolator service in my community, Fort Frances Ontario Canada is absolutely deplorable. I cringe whenever I have an online order being delivered via Purolator because I know its gonna be a nightmare. Most times they will say " attempted delivery" when they legit havent even made an attempt to do so. They have to buzz to get into my building and this shows up as a phone call ID and there never are any. The depot that they use here ( a taxi stand) only has pick up hours between 10 am -3pm and they close at 6. If you try any other time during the day, they are out on ride calls and closed. Its almost impossible to be able to pick up packages there unless you dont work. If I could specify how I want my packages shipped , I would NEVER choose Purlator.

Both parcels delivered next day. Great worry free service!

They don't even bother going to the door with the package. They just give a notice that they missed you and you have to go get your package. It's terrible, probably the worst delivery service.

Always fast delivery

4 days and still not delivered! An envelope and msg is delayed due to highway closure. There is no closure between Calgary and Vernon!!

Need my credit card to track package I think not
