Worst of all,had to drive 40 minutes to pick up a parcel that was not even dropped off...another 40 minutes

Poor I never know where my package ends up. Ready for pick up they post but don’t ever tell me where.

My parcel was delivery in time!!

I have to say that this company's service has gotten worse in the last year and it drives me nuts how long u people take to get a package from ontario to only BC it never before took over a week for something to get to me but now it takes over a week for me to get something sent to me from ontario thats sad i have to say. I think i am just going to stick with UPS Because it only takes 3 days for me to get packages from ontario not no 7 plus days that it seems to take with you Purolator people

Did not deliver package. Claim wrong shipping address but the company sending verified correct address.

They always say they showed up at the address and nobody was at home, which in my case was incorrect for at least two deliveries. The delivery person just fakes that nobody was at home and they leave a note at the door. This is not acceptable in covid situation. I have raised this two times and no feedback so far. If I could I would give zero stars!!!

They work but they only hold your packages for 5 business days if you miss delivery, and you can’t add extra delivery instructions beyond the address on the package

Very bad service always is delayed and the truck when is coming never ring the doorbell just leave the note that now one wasn’t there

Totally incompetent. The package has been on a truck for three days five miles from its destination!!
