We live in a condo with a state of the art entry system. They do not even attempt to call or push a button to be connected to the recipient. This time a notice was stuck on the door of our BACK entry building. There is also a state of the art entry system at this door. They never make an attempt to contact the recipient. I was also home the entire day.

Some if the worst parcel delivery service I have experienced in along time. Three days after multiple calls and assurances from customer service on an address correction nothing seems to have changed on the tracking system with the same message ‘incorrect address’. How many days does it take to scan a parcel and update the information?

I'm very disappointed with Purolater. Hence the last 4 letters saying "later". It's been 9 days(duppose to be 2 business days and still waiting. At first the driver couldn't find the address which was correctly outlined and this morning its showing out for delivery in Nanaimo instead of Courtenay where I reside. Don't you drivers use GPS? I did and it shows directions very easily.??

Specifically asked to call for the duty fees (me the shipper) so the receiver would not pay. They directly asked the receiver....but delivery seems to be pretty fast

The person where doing this delivery every each 15 days without entry code I don’t know why this time he needed this . In my opinion he was lazy because I had 6 packages.

If I could give zero stars I would. The order I place was suppose to be delivered on July 26, I was away until this date. They attempted to deliver it earlier on the 23rd obviously no one was there to receive it. They then said they tried again on 26th but no one was available this is NOT true as I work from home. I am unable to pick up the item from their pick up location and I should not have to pay to get someone else to pick it up for me. I have already paid a delivery fee to the company I ordered from!
