It would be nice to know where the package is, you have one location on the card, but it’s not there

This is the second time that my package is missing and they “can’t do anything”

Promises, promises.. and none of them realistic

Fed ex USA was great Fed Ex Australia appalling customer service. Will never use Fed Ex again

I still haven't received the package since the 1st pf july

24 hour delivery taking 3 days. I had to re send to else where in hopes of getting it in time.

It kept reloading over n over

Purolator is always later than expected delivery times and they just leave my packages at a central Purolator drop location instead of delivering to the shipping address.

Two days and still waiting. Get some extra help if you are that busy.

If I could give less than 1 I would. Watched tacking for the last 3 days. It says out for delivery, then gets reschedule for the next day. Wtf?!

I wish to give 0 !!!! My order is still somewhere since July 01!!!!! I can't even tracking my package ?

Unimpressed by this company. I get a note posted saying I am not home, when I am. No hitting my buzzer or phone call. Very upset! Amazon is a thousand times better because u always know where your order is

I was at my home waiting for the parcel and they leave a note stated that no one at home to receive the parcel,poor service
